Loved the two cute minis I received. The Sloth was perfect and paint in good shape. Unfortunately, the Flamingo’s paint was completely dried out. In their defense, I didn’t complain as I mixed my own from my professional supplies.

Great service! Can’t wait to get started painting of our precious Molly!

Very responsive customer service, they were very helpful and responded quickly when I had a problem with my order.

I had concerns about whether or not I uploaded my photo correctly. They answered promptly and showed me the photo cropped the way it will be on my painting. I am more than happy with such a quick response.

Great response from Customer Service on my custom painting preview. Very excited to receive my custom painting.

Very responsive customer service.

I cannot get my order to move forward, lack of communication on how to do the recommendation upgrade to 48 colors, issues with website payment process, and finally had to pay through a PayPal request and they have my money and the process has stalled out! Update: August 19, 2023 Finally received communication and order is complete and being expedited. Rating will be adjusted when I actually receive it. To be continued…. Update #2 : September 15, 2023 My painting has arrived as ordered today, appears to be correct , tube it was sent in was bent so canvas is going to need to be ironed first. Condition of paints yet to be determined.

Good service. Just ordered. Looking forward to see it and start.
