Power outages in our area have been…
Power outages in our area have been getting worse every summer. I needed a whole-home backup solution before it. A1 SolarStore had the generator in stock when every local hardware store was wiped out. That kind of reliability is worth every penny.

Power outages can be incredibly disruptive, and having a reliable whole-home backup solution makes a huge difference during those peak summer months. We're happy that we had the generator available when you needed it, especially when local stores were out of stock. Easy and friendly
The website was extremely easy to browse through all the different options they had. Used Zelle payment that took off almost $100 from the total. The pickup was insanely easy. Went to the third party with my truck, people there were insanely nice and loaded the truck for me, gave me advice on how to strap the panels since the bed was a little short, and sent me on my way! Would buy again from them in a heartbeat.

YouTube to buyer
I was using DuckDuckGo looking for panels all over the internet -then I started to compare and contrast, this company came up with excellent YouTube videos, the kind of stuff specific to DIY. (Spot on explanations, everything from why, to how, to comparisons, just loads of info) -then I started to compare their prices, I was pleasantly surprised they were super competitive -pickup was easy peasy Five big gold stars for me. -Again the hook was YouTube videos, great place to start, ended w/loyal customer. -very professional outfit

Purchase was easy
Purchase was easy. I first started a wire transfer but then realized my bank would charge me for it, so I canceled that transaction and started a new one with Zelle and informed A1. They quickly and effortlessly cancelled the first one and processed the second. Pickup was also super easy, the warehouse they partnered with had great staff and packaged everything well. I would definitely do business with them again
