9D BREATHWORKReviews of 9dbreathwork.com

I love 9D. The breathwork and combination of sounds is absolutely magic - no question! I became a facilitator because it moved me so incredibly and so deeply and I'm so grateful for it that I want to bring it to others.. The energy and impact are phenomenal. The community is strong and positive and full of life and love. I'd give 6 stars if I could, but went with 4 because the process of certification was frustrating with many different places where things live and ways to access them, and no real "library" that is easily sorted. For me, it would have been helpful to have the safety, science, concepts, etc. as a course with a separate optional course for business.

If you want to change how you deal with challenges in your life, you are on the right place. There is a special technique for most of our problems in this crazy times. 9D Breathwork changed my life in many ways and still does. This community is always helpful, warm and outstanding.

I came into 9D Breathwork at a point where things had been building up for a long time. On the surface, everything looked fine. But underneath, it was constant overthinking, pressure, and that feeling of always being “on” without ever properly switching off. I knew I was suppressing my past traumas and tried other things to help me, but what a change after experiencing this breath "work". What stood out to me wasn’t just the breathwork itself, but how it works with the body rather than trying to think your way out of things. Over the past few months, I’ve seen real changes — not just in sessions, but in day-to-day life. More calm, clearer thinking, and a noticeable difference in how I handle stress. I’ve now completed my facilitator training and run sessions through my own business, Ctrl Alt Breathe. Seeing others experience similar shifts has been the biggest confirmation of how powerful this work can be. It’s not about hype or quick fixes. It’s about giving your system the right conditions to reset and release what it’s been holding. Grateful for the training, the support, and the people behind it.

I have been a 9D Breathwork Facilitator since October 2023, and from day one I have felt fully supported by the team. They are always quick, helpful and responsive whenever I need assistance. The amount and quality of training material is truly impressive, and it is constantly being updated and improved. I feel grateful to be part of a community and platform that continues to evolve, support its facilitators and raise the standard of breathwork worldwide.

This modality has changed my life in many areas. Beyond greatful as a participant and facilitator. Thank you ❤️
