Kate has been such an important presence in my journey with 9D Breathwork. No matter the situation, she is always there for me. And even when she can’t respond right away, she always comes back the moment she can — with care, clarity, and real support. What touches me the most is not just the help she gives, but the way she gives it. There is so much humanity, warmth, and genuine care in her presence. I never feel like just another person reaching out — I feel truly seen, heard, and held. In a world where everything is fast and transactional, Kate brings something rare — real connection. I’m deeply grateful for her.

This breathwork takes you by surprise in a good way. It goes deep and it works fast. Almost like having a cheat code to healing.

I have studied with Brian and the team for a number of years. Due to my mother’s passing, things slipped for me whilst I worked through that. I got back in touch and have been met with kindness, compassion and support. I have always enjoyed their ethos and morals which have been reflected to me on this occasion. The team work hard to care and give support to their students in many ways.

I recently completed the 5-day challenge and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Each session was different, and some were quite intense, but I noticed that when I stayed with it, something always shifted. What surprised me the most was how I felt afterwards—much calmer, clearer in my head, and even lighter in my body. I didn’t expect to notice such changes in such a short time. The community has also been a great part of the experience. Seeing others share their journeys and being able to share my own made it feel more real and motivating. It’s a powerful experience, and I’m definitely continuing to see where this journey leads.

It’s been surprisingly helpful. It’s really supported my nervous system and helped me feel more regulated and grounded. It’s not always intense, but the consistency is definitely making a difference.

My journey with 9D Breathwork started two years ago, when I first opened the door to my subconscious and began a deeply personal healing process. What began as something just for me has grown into something much bigger, and I now feel truly humbled to be able to share this work with others as a facilitator. The training was incredibly detailed, and I always felt supported throughout. There’s a real sense that you’re not doing this alone, the team is there when you need them, and the ongoing lab sessions and business calls help you stay connected, continue learning, and grow within the wider community. I’ll admit I could make more time to engage with those calls myself, but even so, the connection, encouragement, and energy from the 9D team are always there and genuinely palpable. There’s something very special about this work, the spark it ignites, the growth it supports, and the way it continues to evolve both personally and professionally. I’m grateful to be part of it. ✨
