I've been a breathwork and movement…
I've been a breathwork and movement specialist for 40 years and the workshop I went to had a facilitator that couldn't explain anything properly because too much reliance on a noisy, crass (they say the f word..I'm a fan of the word.. but not professionally) fitting too much in so it's just annoying. They don't do any one thing correctly or professionally. Then the expense for both customer and anyone looking to get certified is ludicrous. Take a pass folks and find actual experts in breathwork, meditation and spiritual growth. This is an isult to all the aformentioned

We respect the fact you’ve spent 40 years in breathwork and movement. That’s a lifetime in the field.
But 9D Breathwork was never created to imitate traditional breathwork spaces... it was built to evolve the experience.
9D is a cinematic, multi-dimensional breathwork journey that combines breath, binaural audio, subconscious messaging, music, and guided storytelling to take people through powerful emotional and neurological shifts. It’s intentionally immersive, intense, and designed to break patterns in a way traditional formats often don’t.
That approach resonates deeply with thousands of people around the world. And like anything that pushes boundaries, it won’t resonate with everyone.
What we’re not trying to be is another quiet meditation room.
We’re building something bold, modern, and disruptive in the breathwork space and for the people it lands for, the impact is undeniable.

I feel this program is more about money…
I feel this program is more about money making than actually helping people. I reached out as I am terminal and wanted to know if there was a sliding scale on the 333 payment for a session. I never wanted anything for free just help. Anyway I am disabled and felt it would help me tremendously. I slightly complained on the FB page and was ignored. Tried to private message them with no answer. I was mocked for my comment on one of their posts and just wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. They push that they want to help but only for lots of money. Some people simply need help. I have tremendous trauma and feel I am as important as the people that pay gobs.

Hey Jen, I'm so sorry you feel this way. I am unsure of what you mean by the 333 payment as we do not offer anything for that cost. We train people on how to become facilitators and then they do sessions but their pricing is something they decide - You may have one local to your area. We do also have a 9D app where you can do sessions at home by yourself and we also do a free Masterclass with our founder each month. Rip off, dont buy
This app shuts audio off after 10 minutes. Its a brand new Galaxy S25 and every other meditation app I have can run over an hour continuous. I emailed the company twice with no answer. The app description states you can download your paid session for offline use but that doesn't work either. Essentially I paid $100 for frustration and poor customer service.

Audio cutting out and downloads not working is not expected, especially on a new device. We must admit we had alot of teething problems when we launched the app back in April but everything is in order now.

Free 5 minute relaxation was full of veiled voices
I downloaded and tried a free 5 minute relaxation exercise. The breathwork part was rudimentary (breathe in 4sec, hold 2 sec, out 6sec) while the instructive voice mainly focused on affirmations, which was not what I had been looking for. But the bit that troubled me the most was the multiple layers of softer voices, underneath the main voice, partly echoing but partly also saying other words, which I had difficulty catching with my conscious mind. That felt intrusive, so I cut it short and erased.
