9D BREATHWORKReviews of 9dbreathwork.com

I feel ecstatic after my call with Jenna. I was so nervous but she made me feel so good. She has the best, positive, motivational energy and I can’t thank her enough.

I’m grateful to be part of the 9D Breathwork family. The entire team is magical, and the training is exceptionally professional, valuable, and highly applicable. Every journey leads to deep transformation! Thank you ❤️

The service provided by 9D was truly exceptional. Their response time was remarkably prompt, and they addressed my request efficiently, demonstrating both empathy and a personalized approach.

I really liked it the progress and depth of the practices. The voice and sound in the background was really good too

I’ve tried meditation, therapy, mindset coaching, sound healing — you name it — but nothing prepared me for 9D Breathwork. This wasn’t just a session… it was a complete mind, body, and soul reset. From the very beginning, I felt transported into another dimension. The combination of breathwork, hypnotic guidance, surround sound, frequency healing, and deep emotional release is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It felt cinematic, powerful, emotional, and transformational all at once. I released emotions I didn’t even realize I’d been carrying for years. Anxiety, stress, self-doubt, emotional blocks — it honestly felt like layers were peeling away with every breath. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, clearer, more connected, and more alive than I have in a very long time. What makes 9D Breathwork so game changing is that it doesn’t just help you relax — it helps you transform. It gets straight to the subconscious level where real healing and breakthroughs happen. The experience is so immersive that your mind almost can’t resist letting go. The biggest shift for me? * More mental clarity * Better sleep * Increased confidence * Emotional freedom * Deep inner peace * Massive energy boost * Feeling aligned and motivated again This is the kind of experience everyone needs at least once in their life — especially if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself. Honestly, words don’t fully do it justice. You have to experience it for yourself. If you’ve been thinking about trying 9D Breathwork, this is your sign. Stop overthinking it and book the session. It could genuinely change your life the way it changed mine. 10/10. Absolutely unforgettable.

I’ve just completed my 9D Breathwork Facilitator Certification, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without the incredible love and support from the entire team. And when I say support, I mean the genuine, heart-led kind — not the plastic smiles or surface-level encouragement. The kind of support that truly holds you when you’re questioning yourself, moving through breakthroughs, and unsure of your next steps. This work is deeply transformational, and knowing I’m surrounded by such passionate, top-notch facilitators and mentors from around the world makes the journey even more powerful. The level of care, integrity, and commitment within this community is something rare and special. The community itself feels like family — and honestly, even “family” feels too small of a word for the connection and support shared here. You are seen, held, encouraged, and empowered every step of the way. If you’re feeling called to this work, trust that call. Come join us, spread this beautiful medicine, and know you’ll be fully supported along the way. I'm looking forward to spreading this work all through Santa Fe, NM. You’re just one breath away from changing the rest of your life. 💫❤️🦋

The Breathwork Community creates a whole experience, not just a process. I like and appreciate that next level of support and interaction. Overall, Brian's coaching through the recordings helps me to push and go further. Motivating beats and affirmations that hit where they need to. Great explanations of what is going to be happening and the science behind the process.

The company offers updates really well. They listen to suggestions and are always looking for ways to better serve people.
