Waste of time! All they ever do is tell you to go to the ER or make an appointment to see your PCP...they do nothing for you ever, I've tried 5 different times and each time it was just go to urgent care or ER or make appointment with PCP...waste of time, worthless app never get any type of care

All I needed was an antiobiotic for my son’s pink eye. I had to go to a walk in clinic because just like everyone else on the reviews has stated that they refused to give my son a prescription. They wanted him to suffer it out and said it was viral.

Please dont waste your time using this app. I have used it 3 time and have deleted it 3 times. All come up with stupid reason why not to prescribe meds. This was suppose to be a way of not going to the doctor to save time, each time I needed meds like antibiotics and 800 mg ibuprofen and could even get it.

Have used before for exact same medical problem as this time. They gave me antibiotics for it last time cleared it right up. This time they told me just push through and use overcounter meds that I already have tried many times over and they have not worked. I mean they have it on file and that antibiotics worked last time. Just like they do everytime my sinus infection gets this bad. Very disappointing. Good chance I'll never use again.

The whole point of using 98point6 is so that I didn't have to go to Walk in Clinic and wait to see a doctor. I don't fully understand how this on-demand primary care clinic works. I have UTI and needed some medication and they basically told me to go to Urgent Care or see my Primary Doctor? Update: So I called a couple walk in clinics and they were all booked for that day. I was able to get an appointment for the next following day. That night, I had chills and sweating. I couldn't sleep so I drove myself to ER at 2am. Had some test done, nothing serious, they told me I had UTI. Came home from the ER at 7am with a prescription and was starting to feel better, my insurance covered a big portion of it and I ended up paying $900 out of pocket. Bravo!

Wow this company said I threatened them now they sent me a certified letter waiting to see what it's about All because I was sick and couldn't drive to my to town for an appointment so I went on to this app and twice now they said I had a bladder infection and did not give me any antibiotic which a UTI requires an antibiotic They acted like I was stupid and I didn't know what I was saying like if I was asking for a narcotic I was only asking for an antibiotic. Another episode I called them I was having an ear infection throw it infection and sinus infection severe They told me I didn't need an antibiotic that I was basically crazy and they cannot prescribe antibiotics because they are supposedly you can get immune to him and they won't work well I had to drive all the way to Avondale from Buckeye Arizona to go to minute clinic which I went in and I had a severe infection in the throat the ears and sinuses green's not coming out with black dots which was severe could have caused me to die well driving up there I could have been in an accident did they care no now they turn around and think that they're going to say that I was threatening because I said I would sue them if I got any accident from driving to drive that far and telling them why do I pay for my insurance if they're not going to provide anything for me I'm glad I read your reviews because you say you're going to sue them that is a threat be careful with these people they are crooked just because I told them their doctor is incompetent well if you have an infection and they said you had an infection well they should prescribe you an antibiotic. Not only that they sent me to the lab to do a urinary analysis which I did They never received the information back come to find out now Yes I do have a severe infection in my bladder because I have kidney stones but they should have prescribed me an antibiotic but they did not care They told me to go to the hospital and pay $9,000 like I did last time wow like if I have that amount of money to be paying one of my paying them for nothing I guess people come to this because it's what they can afford some people can't even make it through having to pay for medical insurance but they don't care

I have to say I had the best experience with two wonderful people that went above and beyond. Dr Nicole and P.A Heather. These 2 went way above and beyond to selflessly help me with my health issues. They are the best and I can't thank them enough.

The doctors employed by 98point6 are way less than subpar. The most pointless service ever. They ask a million questions just to refer you to the urgent care or ER.
