I've been buying from 8seasons for over 5 years now and receive consistently great service from them, in terms of goods packaging, timely shipment and fantastic customer service, they always reply to any query promptly and courteously and make me feel like a valued customer. I can order from 8seasons and receive my goods in the UK within 5 days - I can't get items that quickly from some UK suppliers! I can honestly say that they are my favourite company from anywhere in the world to deal with, and I hope to have a very long and happy association with them.

I have been using 8Seasons for sometime and rarely can find better product for a better price. They truly are wonderful to work with, are fast at communication and have super services like packaging items into smaller resale packages and an awesome selection of product. They are my go to Vendor!

So, I was like everybody else and dubious about buying from a company in China, in case it wasn't trustful or they took my money and I didn't see anything I had bought. I took the risk, and it paid off! my order came today, only 5 days after I placed it, pretty good from China to the UK! I am so pleased with everything I bought, they're all beautiful items and really well made. I had great customer service, and was able to track my order. I will definitely be ordering from 8seasons again as it was just a fantastic company to deal with. thank you 8seasons!

I have been purchasing from 8 seasons for a little while now and I have not found another company that can even come close to their prices, selection, and quality. What really blows the competition away is the customer service. I was hesitant at first because of the product being in China and the time it would take to get here and then if something did go wrong with my order, it's a long way to send it back. What I found was that the shipping is incredibly fast and IF there is a problem with your order, they make the resolution as simple as possible. 8Seasons is MY #1 company for my supplies! As impressed as I was with my first order over a year ago, they have just got better and better!

I have purchased my jewelry supplies from several online companies and had such a lousy experience that I limited myself to just going to local stores which prevented me from getting much of a variety. I was very hesitant to purchase from a company that is shipping from China for fear that it would take too long to receive my order and if there was a problem I was afraid it would be impossible to resolve it. That was my experience with the companies I had used in the past. I couldn't have been more wrong. The supplies I have received have been good quality and I was amazed at how fast I received my first order! There was a slight problem with the second order however. They were in the process of moving to a facility that was larger due to the vast increase in orders being placed. I hadn't been notified that there was going to be a delay in processing. However, when I sent an email to Customer Serivce asking why my order was delayed I received a reply from Bonnie almost immediately with an explanation and very sincere apology! Bonnie continued to follow-up with me and let me know when it was shipped, provided me with a tracking number and another to let me know they had received a signed confirmation that the order had been received. The quality of their product and their pricing is enough to keep me coming back, but the excellent customer service completely sold me on 8 Seasons! They show an absolute concern that their customers have a good experience every time. They have even provided a return customer discount for my next order! I can't recommend this company highly enough! I've had so many bad experiences with online orders and this one has shown me that I can at least trust one company to give an honest and satisfactory purchasing experience. Bonnie in Customer Service does her job with pride and sincerity that is rare in the industry! She shows a genuine love of her job and has expressed her desire to make all of their customers happy!] 8 Seasons has my business for all of my jewelry supply needs now and in the future!
