8SeasonsReviews of 8seasons.com

We've used 8seasons a few times now and have always been very happy with the experience. The website is very user-friendly, the selection is both vast and varied, the pricing is great, and the sales, discounts are even better! The customer service is also top notch. We've emailed with Lillian, Orchy, and especially Bonnie and they were always wonderful. Any questions we've had were answered quickly and efficiently. The language barrier is almost unnoticeable and has never caused a single issue. We will continue to do business with them, and 8seasons is definitely a company I will be recommending anyone to work with.

Vielen Dank! A. M. Molnar, Deutschland

The national craft store chain here in the USA quit supplying the silver charms I always bought, and were completely unhelpful and uncaring about helping me find more. I reluctantly went online to try to find the charms outside of USA. I was scared to order, in fear that I would lose my money and never receive the product. Luckily, I ordered from 8seasons!! They carried exactly what I wanted, their price was excellent, the quality is great, the representative CATHY CHEN was very helpful, and the order arrived from China in JUST FOUR DAYS!! I was so thrilled, relieved, and HAPPY!! I made another order of a similar product this month, and had the same delightful experience! THANK YOU, 8seasons! (By the way, I use the charms to make bracelets which I sell to raise money to help children and elderly in Uganda. 100% of the donations I receive for each bracelet goes to buying supplies for the Ugandans. So thank you, 8seasons, for helping me help people in desperate need!)

Supplier truly exceptional! Great prices, very wide variety shipments accurate and fast (and affordable). Of a higher level than another similar site where I bought before. Once you try 8seasons, you will never go back . Their strong point is the staff, I related with Bonnie, Ivy, and especially Lore, which are truly exceptional! Very understanding, kind, always willing to help (even when it might not interest him). The delivery respects the days fixed (and not everyone does) always have promotions and offers, in addition to brackets of weight that may reveal surprises;) Site is really functional with ancillary services really excellent and great freedom of choice It 'really the best supplier with whom I've ever had to do and add value to the customer, vote 10 + + + +! Try it and you will not regret it! I take this opportunity to greet and thank Lore, always friendly and helpful

Excellent Customer Service!! Incredibly fast shipping from China to the US. Received my order in less than 1 week!!! When I inquired about returning unused product, Lore offered to give me a credit on my account for a portion of what my return would be, to save me on the shipping costs back to them. I will definitely order from 8Seasons again! I was hesitant at first, but will definitely use them again!!

Thank you to Cathy Chen. I made an error when placing my order and Cathy was very quick to correct my problem. Even though the error was mine solely, the issue was fixed with great speed and handled totally via email in a very professional manner. I am a recent customer to 8seasons, but with my total satisfaction I see lots of orders in my future. All dealings with the company have been online or through email and responses are always very quick. Don't be scared by the shipping charges, even after shipping is added, the pricing cannot be beat.
