This company has great customer Service and fast shipping. . If I need something I can send a picture and the CS Representative that I work with Angelina will hunt it down for me on her own time. I needed basset hound charms and they did not have them, she found them and in less then a month I was able to get what I needed for my customer! The beads are always of great quality and if I by change get a cracked or damaged bead they will give me credit or new merchandise. Since the quality has been exceptional for over a year now, I would never change to another company. 80% of MY Jewelry making come from them and always will... excellent experience! And all representatives are very pleasant.
