I had a 5 star experience with this company! I had to reach out to them with a question and they responded immediately. I received my products in less than 2 weeks and the products arrived in a cute gift bag! The quality is great and I am already on their site to order more items. I feel like I can count on this company. They are quick to act, professional, and stand behind their products.

I recently had the opportunity to seek out a supply of beads with 8Seasons. I am so impressed with this company and its staff. On one item they didn't carry it and so they searched other companies and brought the item in. I was so grateful. Then on shipping the wait time could have been 30 days but I received my orders within a week! I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this type of service and their constant communications with me. Thank you all at 8Seasons!

My initial order never arrived and was lost. Winnie at 8seasons was very nice and worked with me to have my order reshipped using an alternative shipping method which arrived in less than a week. Throughout the entire process they were very understanding and courteous. I will purchase from them again in the future.
