I have been ordering from 8 Seasons since June 2017 and have been very happy with their friendly service, and their range of goods. If something arrives damaged they are most helpful and I either get a replacement or a credit to my account. I really like the personal touch - in general I deal with the same person at 8 Seasons and this has been especially helpful if/when there are any problems. Sometimes the parcels arrive with some outer damage (heavy parcels with a lot of handing to get to me!) but so far nothing has been lost from the boxes.

We have enjoyed working with 8Seasons. We have ordered many products from them, and done a few different orders. There was 1 item that came a little damaged, and 8Seasons was really great to work with us. They fixed it right away, and we are so thankful. We will continue working with them.

I love all the choices of supplies, plus the fact that there is always something new to work with. Can be charms, new findings, etc Great company
