Excellent website, products and customer service. The only thing I suggest, is to add ability to.view past items ordered and amount paid, so we can refer back to it and also to reorder without researching it again.

I recently placed an order for buttons (to finish a gift project). I have no source in my small town for quality products. I received my order in just 7 days and the buttons are absolutely beautiful. Great quality and a very reasonable price. The buttons made my garment look awesome. Love the service and will shop with you again.

I love buying off 8Seasons. They send quality items and give you partial to full refunds on things that aren't as described or come damaged in any way. The only complaint I have is shipping - shipping can take a long time from China, or it can be very expensive from the US (flate rate shipping exists! You could pay $5 for a box that's cost me over $20 to ship! Though I expect it's a way of covering other costs or fees or something.) I've never had a bad experience, and I've had several interactions with customer service including two responses to reviews I left, offering me partial refunds I wasn't even asking for (but which I very much appreciate!).

I've ordered a few things from them and have always been happy with my products. They were packaged good, and have great customer service. Always helpful and want their customers to be happy with their products. I like that they have American warehouses now and helps with shipping cost. A+++++++++

I cant tell you how happy I am . From the minute 8 seasons got my order they have been in touch with me. Letting me know what's going on w/ my order. Everything was just as I ordered. I've bought a half dozen times from 8Seasons, and each time I've been very happy with their quality, prices and especially their customer service! There's a reason they have so many 5-star ratings - they earn it! One of my orders was for pearls for a bridal item I make. I asked about what kind of white were the pearls? (there are a gazillion shades of white!). They literally got out of their chair and went back to the warehouse to hand check the colors for me! I felt like I was standing next to their desk while they checked! I come from retail so I know great customer service when I see it - this is the real deal!! Looking forward to many more purchases from 8Seasons!
