The whole process overall was great. Everyone I talked with was very professional and kind. The only thing that was wrong were they kept saying it would take 10 minutes and overall it took alot longer. Now I was in eastern time zone so we had a 3 hour difference and for them they can't know how long document review will take and so on and a few guys told me some in accurate times but I don't think on purpose so I would recommend loanmart if you need money and have few options.

The team did a pretty good job, the only thing that needs to be improved in the process is the waiting time for customers on the phone.

Process took longer than I expected but satisfied overall

This was effortless for the most part just using printouts was the only thing people do not use faxes or printers these days.

The process wasn't too difficult. Everyone was nice and explained things well. The money order was sent within an hour of FedEx taking possession of the paperwork.
