Phone was answered by a foreigner. I began talking, they put me on hold, it was picked up again, then they hung up on me.

This company is trash. They will repo your car of you are behind 2 months. Then when you do pay off your title loan. They give you the runaround about mailing you your title back. They will say you have to go to dmv and request a lost title. Because they mail it. Without a tracking number and it got lost in the mail. Borrow money from family or friend or go somewhere else. Don't go here. You have been warned.

Withdraw more than needed you can not add more funds even with perfect record

Do not go anywhere near this company. Stay as far away as possible. They’ll only allow you to change your payment date once and they tell you to call them if you’re having trouble making your payment and that they work with you. That is a lie and I have called them on that several times. They do extensions but in order to get an extension so you won’t get collections calls you have to pay half of your payment before they’ll even consider it. Customer service is horrible, you can ask the same question to 3 different people and you’ll get 3 different answers. Not only has my payoff amount not budged, but it has gone up. Take my advice, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR A LOAN

Paid off loan, but the lien will take 1 month to released, which is absurd considering it only took them 1 hour to place the lien. Beware they will hold your title if pay off early in hopes that they can trap you again.

Worst freaking place to get a loan !! The pay back is ridiculous and your loan balance never reduces!!
