I want to thank Natalie Aguirre for all her help , professional leadership. For 2 days I was getting the run around to close the loan but I was transferred to Natalie who was great to do the job. What took 2 days to get completed she took 1-2 hours . What a trooper!!! She deserves a raise or promotion. Thanks so much Natalie A

The problems I had was the hold time on the phone. I feel companies don't think that our time is important and keeping us on hold for extended periods of time is not beneficial. And when your in a bind the time drags.It did take a bit longer than I anticipated because I had to resend things that showed were downloaded. Other than those few problems I am happy with the process. Oscar and the people I spoke with were helpful and polite and as a senior I appreciate that. Thanks again Barbara

The team was great it did take a little longer than expected but overall everyone was very helpful and friendly.

This was tough for me. Luis and his team were very helpful, but because of a moneygram server issue I did not receive my funds in a timely manner. I was supposed to receive my funds on Thursday, it is now Friday and my funds will likely not be available until Monday.

I had a great experience, I was not happy with the wait time. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and some of the agents did not make themselves clear. When I did finally connect with the final agent she made me feel at ease and was very clear with what to expect.
