This is company everyone needs to stay away from, my wife got a letter in the mail about a loan she never applied for, call to request a copy of the loan application and one Juliotan Breton which claims to be a supervisor said they cannot send us a letter in the mail with the application, requested to speak to his supervisor and he says he does not report to anyone but makes the final decision regarding our request, then asking us to send some email to some fictious email, This company needs to be shut down immediately. Please beware of Loan Mart folks.

⭐☆☆☆☆ "Complete Waste of Time" I put in way too much time and effort here only to be nitpicked at every turn. I bent like a pretzel trying to meet their requirements, but in the end I realized I’d be better off with another company. My 2012 Toyota Tacoma is worth way more than the $4,000 loan I was asking for, yet they acted like they were doing me a favor. What really turned me off was how nonchalant they were about losing me as a customer. My assigned agent (Nam) hid behind colleagues who acted clueless, calls weren’t returned, and some even sounded like they were half-asleep on the phone. Overall, just a nightmare experience.

I had my son 2 months early I am going back and forth to a hospital to deal with my son being in the NICU who is currently 4 days old on all types of machines due to being born early I’m frustrated I’m fed up and I’m tired of the insensitivity I have dealt with throughout my pregnancy the stress and now my son is here early due to stress and I get a call today while I’m visiting my baby after making a partial payment of the only money I had from my hospital bed I’m very disgusted with loan Mart and I pray none of you ever have to deal with having a child earlier and constantly having someone threaten to take the only form of transportation you have to get to child

Well got to admit that LoanMart is one hell of a company. Got some really smart people there. I was trying to get a 2k loan and I was putting my 2016 titan XD Platinum reserve fully loaded 99775 miles on it that’s paid off. As collateral. I also showed proof of incme of 49k this year. Resale value of my truck is $16234. I was denied because there was no deposit made in last 30 days. I don’t get paid like like that. I get paid when the jobs done and that could be up to 3, to 6 months but its a lot when the check is cut. I tried to explain it to him, but I guess they just couldn’t take it in or comprehend what I was trying to say . So I was denied. I guess some people can do math and others don’t have a clue. Let’s see… 16k truck on a 2k loan. I guess they think that’s a loss for them. Don’t waist your time. Go somewhere else.

I tried to create my online account so I can manage my payments and never got the verification email. I seem to be stuck in a loop.

Some LoanMart reps are unprofessional and have slick mouths like they don't care. Non helpful company that doesn't care about helping customers in a tough situation. Needs to offer more assistance regarding payment siutations and life situations.

I never received the welcome email that I was told that it was going to be sent to my email address the day that I got the loan. I called back to the Welcome Department the following day to request that the welcome email be sent again because it was not received. The Welcome department representative that had contacted me the day before never responded back to my voicemail message and I still haven’t received the email.
