Incredible customer service from Val
It was a stressful day (understandably, having to take a loan out on my car title) but loan mart made the process very straight forward and easy. The representative Val was who took care of my loan and she did an absolutely incredible job. I cant say enough good things about her: she was friendly, made me feel relaxed, was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process so easy and fast. Twice I sent her an email with a question and within 5-10mins she called me and thoroughly explained exactly what I wasn’t sure about. She also even said if I have any further questions or problems to email her any time…..Val is definitely a unicorn in the world of customer service. I can say this because I also work in the same career, in customer service over the phone, and know first hand how difficult it can be at times and I know Val is any companies dream employee. She definitely deserves a promotion and a raise, regardless of her current title/salary. I hope loanmart knows how lucky they are to have Val as their employee. Thank you so much Val and Loanmart!! Also, I had a brief phone call with a rep named Eddie and he was also a very good customer service rep and even called to follow up with me, which was very impressive considering we spoke for maybe 3-4mins and I didn’t ask for a f/u. Thank you to Eddie as well!
