I got my loan quick and it was pretty easy also. If I had questions I'd call them and they would help me understand what I needed to do. Good people to work with.

My experience was great. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, however my interaction with Leslie was amazing. Great communication and she was thorough. Would definitely recommend those that need it.

Overall It was a great experience that worked out better for me than anticipated. My only complaint is I got confused with resending documents that ended up NOT being necessary because this was a re-borrow as opposed to a brand new loan: ALL the info was the same. The terms this time were better serving for me with better terms and conditions. I’m thankful for my loan offices that assisted in the process.
