They dropped the ball as far as issuing check

I took out a loan with them a while back. It was an easy enough process. After a while, I was told I qualified to have my loan renewed. I accepted it. For a while everything was fine. While I have had this loan, I have noticed that customer service does not always respond. I was given a phone number that did not connect to customer service, and when I email them, my messages go ignored. For example, my car was just totaled a month ago. I got hit by a semi. I let them know, and eventually the insurance company sent them a check to cover the cost of the loan. They never updated my account. They still have not cleared the check. Yet, I am still getting messages and reminders to make an upcoming payment. I will not. They have ignored many emails and given me a nonworking phone number to reach the people meant to address this particular situation. I am now on the fence about my experience with them because it now seems like they want to drag this out and possible hurt my credit even though they literally have the money in hand. It is ridiculous that they will not close my account now that they have been paid in full. If you can, please seek out alternative loan options. Otherwise, stay very diligent with your loan payments and communication efforts. You may later need legal reps to help get them off of your record.

The process is very tedious but, not hard. It just takes allot of time and it's consuming. I was promised to get the money by the end of the day and that didn't happen. After jumping through all the hoops I jumped through and got the money gram code. Money gram refused to allow me to get the money. So then I had to switch back to EFT/DEPOSIT it's after 4 PM the next day and I don't have the money yet. I know this wasn't all on loanmart but, I was promised the funds by the end of the day yesterday and that do not happen so I'm disappointed.
