These reviews here have got to be paid for because this company is the worst thing I have seen in my life. On a loan of $4,000 and monthly payments of $359 on time, every month for THREE FULL YEARS my balance with them is still more than a $2,000! Horrible mistake I’ve made! It is better to sell your car then do this, this is by far the worst thing I’ve done! Horrible company, borderline criminal. Please be aware! Do not do it!

In short, you better do your research, or you will end up in an even dire situation than the one you might be in right now. For a 5k loan my APR was 147.49% for 36 and the total interest cost I would have to pay is $17,525.40 on that 5k loan. If you ever miss a payment, they will quickly send out a tow to take your car.

Customer service is great. I received my approval email told me to call and speak with a representative to see what documents I needed to send in. I called and the rep was very nice explained process and welcomed me to loanmart. He sent me an email w the docs I needed to send. I sent everything and called them to make sure everything was received. The rep explained he was getting my loan docs ready to be emailed to me for signature. I waited 3 hours and nothing. I finally called them back and was told my loan was not approved after all. I did not receive any email explaining this. So I could have waited all day waiting for my documents. They really need to make sure you qualify before wasting your time sending your id’s and bank statements.
