First they said i could get my money by money gram but after I drove an hour and a half to pick it up they put the wrong state so I could not get the money. I called them and asked them to call money gram and change it but they refused then told me I have to give them my bank info to get the money which I still have not gotten. This was the worst customer service experience I ve ever had.

Got everything finalized and still haven’t received my funds or my code to get the funds

This has been nothing but an absolute headache. They claim if you submit your documents by four you’ll get your funding the same day. I am now on day 3 of this application process because my loan officer Luis decided he didn’t want to tell me he needed additional documents. I only found out when I called and his coworker told me what further steps I needed to take. Not only that, but apparently he wrote in his notes I didn’t upload all the required pictures but when this coworker merely glanced at my documents he noticed they were all there. I’ve called several times today and he he has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I tried to calmly explain my concerns and he raised his voice, refused to listen, and talked over me every time. Save yourself the hassle and the headache and choose literally any other loan.

Of i could give a negative star rating i would. Crooks. Still don’t have anything document wise. Not by email nor by mail. And they refuse to send me those documents

Loan mart seems quick and easy way to bill yourself out but guys it’s not worthy it. I got a $2000 loan and one rep says interest rate is 7 Something something but $2000 loan with 36 months will have end up paying $6000 and some change. I took it anyways cuss I knew my taxes will come, paid it off in 3weeks still paid $253.31 for interest so imagine with 36 months. Don’t do it.

Loan mart loaned me $2500 on my van. The van died. Can't register it. Nothing works. They want me to pay $4500, No.

Yes, their car title loan process is fast and easy. I got my loan same day. HOWEVER, I will be paying off my $2000 loan tomorrow, and after only 6 months, I'll have dumped $4400 into this ridiculously high interest loan. If you're not able to pay the loan off within a month, do yourself a favor- find any other lender, I think even the mafia has better rates than these predatory scammers.
