The absolute WORST company! My husband purchased a large arrangement and received a small one. The company said they would resend the correct arrangement yesterday (6/15/24) but it was never received. The company actually LIED by sending an email stating the flowers were delivered when they weren't. We called and complained and they were sending another arrangement today (6/16/24). Guess what, we never received that arrangement either. They also LIED AGAIN by sending out an email stating the flowers were delivered. Tuner wanted to resend them again. We said absolutely NOT! We requested a refund. We will NEVER order from this unprofessional company again. This is a SCAM. You buy flowers and get nothing like what you purchased. They are ripping people off! Just ridiculous and not worth the aggravation!

It took me at least 6 attempts to finally get their website to accept my order. 1 time it said dlvy address was not a residence, twice it duplicated order to increase pymt due. At chkout, a "surprise" fee was added to total, which had not been mentioned until very end.

I ordered a birthday cake for my fathers 95th birthday I paid extra to have it delivered on a Saturday. Cake was not delivered. Was told a replacement order was in and it would be there Monday. Still no cake. After sitting on hold for a while I was assured it would be delivered first thing Tuesday morning. Again no cake. I even offered to go pick it up and deliver it myself but was told they cannot disclose the location of the florist who was to deliver the cake. This is when I found out it was through 1800-flowers. It was a battle to get a refund. DO NOT USE this company if timing is an issue. They do not deliver on their promises.

I ordered an item for a friend's birthday, for the sake of this review, let's say the birthday was on 1/22. 800flowers shipped it via FedEx and FedEx decided to ignore the delivery date and deliver the item on 1/21. No matter what I did I could not get FedEx to deliver on 1/22 and 800flowers did NOTHING to help. 1. They don't speak English, you will get some rep in a foreign country and 2. They refuse to intervene and will offer you a silly coupon. FedEx & 800flowers totally ruined this experience.

Disgusting, dead birthday flowers delivered a week after the person's birthday. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are liars and scammers.

After 7 days and a hefty shipping fee a trail of excuses and no delivery. Excuses included no local florist in the Orlando area. Unable to deliver to the recipient which was a business. Promise of a partial return of the fee which never happened.

I placed an order yesterday, I called them today to make a change on the delivery address, the representative was very knowledgeable and professional.

The customer service from this company is horrible, I was on hold several times for over 45 minutes then conveniently disconnected to correct a mistake in the order. Never a responce to any of the several emails. I have to say when the flowers were delivered, they were lovely, but this was the local florist mot this company.
