This company failed in delivery again for funeral flower. BADDDDDD. Just go bankrupted. Many people have same complains but they never change or improve. What the heck is this!

A friend of the families husband has passed away and we wanted to send flowers from my family for his celebration of life. The flowers were supposed to be delivered Saturday before noon I spent $85 to make sure that was gonna happen. By 4 PM Saturday the flowers were still not delivered and the service was over. They said they can give me half my money back and try to read deliver it the next day. I explained that the service was for one day only and they ruined it my family it was not able to be represented in anyway whatsoever with these flowers it was very important to us and they failed and then they try to give us half our money back and deliver the next day which was unacceptable. I ended up canceling my order completely getting a refund after two calls to make sure that happens with no flowers and I apologize to the family and I will never use them again.

The flowers were never delivered. Even as I type this review I’m on hold, speaking with Roxette, trying to get answers. The general manager of the funeral home even spoke with 800Flowers and understands my frustration because he’s getting the same run around as I am. So far I’ve spoken with four (4) people within two days and my grandmother’s funeral is early tomorrow morning with no flowers delivered that was from her grandchildren. I’m being told it was delivered then told it’s in transit. The florist information will not be provided to me so I’m on hold constantly while they go back and forth to relay messages. To even speak with a supervisor is completely impossible. This is insane! The florist lied stating my order was delivered, on the wrong at that. Then to say it was in transit and now they are unable to confirm whether it was or was not delivered. I appreciate Roxette trying her hardest to resolve this issue however it has unfortunately gone beyond her control with how things happened. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. First and last using this service.

This company was four days late and my delivery for a very special person on her birthday. The excitement of getting the flowers on her birthday is gone they have a very bad reputation. So someone sent my son flowers and left them right in front of our door at some point. My wife walked out and tripped over the vase breaking it and she fell. My wife called 1800 flowers and asked if she could get a new vase since she tripped over the old one. They said essentially "screw off". If you send me ANYTHING from 800flowers ever, I will take it as a personal insult. Had my wife been hurt more than she was, i would file a lawsuit for damages due to their rude customer, non-service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF TIMING IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUR DELIVERY. WITH ONE WEEKS NOTICE, THEY ENTIRELY MISSED A FUNERAL. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
