We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying your couch and love the customization options—it’s wonderful that you were able to explore all the fabrics in our San Jose showroom and find the right fit for your space. We also truly appreciate your patience regarding the initial cushion issue. While we’re sorry that happened, we’re glad our delivery team acted quickly and that Frankie stepped in to personally assist with the replacement. Making things right, quickly and thoughtfully, is very important to us. It’s great to hear that Eddy and Santiago provided such a helpful and friendly white-glove experience—steaming the covers, fluffing the pillows, and walking you through how to rearrange your configuration. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with the entire team.
