Wow best customer service ever!
Wow! Honestly the best customer service I have gotten in years! I emailed with a small issue and they responded immediately and truly impressed me with their professionalism and kindness! It’s so rare people stand behind their product and they went above and beyond! Best couch ever and best customer service ever! I’ve told all my friends!

JP and Eddie were excellent
JP and Eddie were excellent! They’re were courteous and careful with the whole process. They even entertained our son while he was climbing on the couch as they were still building it. Excellent service and exceptional delivery.

Exceptional delivery and set up
Aaron and Gio arrived on time and took care in setting up the sofa, even steaming the covers to eliminate any wrinkles. Excited to start using the sofa!

Love our 7th avenue sofa
Love our 7th avenue sofa, it's so comfy, deep and good quality. The cushions don't slide about, there is a ton of storage space under the seats and it look's gorgeous. The white glove service was also excellent, Diego and Andres were friendly, professional, clean and efficient, and showed me how to dissemble and re-esemble the couch in the future if I needed to. We are very happy with our purchase!

Huge thanks to the SF delivery team + showroom team!
Both the team in the SF showroom and the delivery team for SF exceeded our expectations. From start to finish the whole experience was made so easy. The team at the showroom definitely knew their stuff and didn't feel overly pushy at all. The delivery team was so nice, helpful, and pleasant. They made the whole experience of setting up the couch easy and seamless -- I would absolutely recommend the white glove experience. Eddy and JP were so nice and thoughtful of being in our space

I’m obsessed with my new 7th Avenue…
I’m obsessed with my new 7th Avenue sofa! Homar and his team were absolutely amazing. They helped figure out the best way to face it in our living room and it looks great. They were very clean with the boxes and packaging and super professional. Highly recommend a sofa from them!

Aaron and Homar were excellent!!
Aaron and Homar were excellent!!! Soooo many parts which was surprising but they were quick and extremely thorough. They explained everything to me along the way so I’m not completely lost if I ever try to strip the modular system to move or clean. They topped it off by steaming the couch to get all the packing creases out. Absolutely fantastic service! White glove through and through.
