Great quality craftsmanship
Great quality craftsmanship. Easy to assemble. Love the modularity of the couches while still retaining a high quality product. Had an issue with 2 zippers on cushions but within minutes of getting ahold of customer service they addressed my issues. Luis was amazing and quick to provide me updates on the status of my issue and address all minor issues with my products. The customer service alone will keep me coming back for additional furniture.
Response from 7th AvenueAug 15, 2024
Thanks, Mark! We are so happy that Luis resolved any issues quickly and ensured that you can enjoy your sofa immediately! Our support team is ready to help! I am glad you are loving your sofa!

From showroom to install, the entire process purchasing this couch from 7th Avenue was amazing. The customer service was refreshingly top notch at every turn, and we are OBSESSED with our couch. It’s comfortable, it’s gorgeous, and I love how versatile it is! I definitely recommend having 7th Avenue set up install for you if it’s an option.
