I had the most wonderful experience with 7th Avenue! First, I ordered this couch after seeing great reviews online - no regrets, the couch is amazing, looks great and is super comfy! Second, the service I received was incredible. The couch was estimated to be delivered in 3-4 weeks, but I received a call just one week after ordering, that a sooner delivery spot opened up.. so I took it! Camilo and Juan (delivery) gave me a 45-min notice and arrived on time, they were professional and courteous. They introduced themselves, called me by my name, asked if they could wear protective booties in my home, asked to wash their hands before putting together the couch and even left me with a restaurant recommendation (we’re new to the area)! I really appreciated the level of professionalism and kindness as well as the excellent service - well done and thank you! I’d absolutely recommend!

Service and delivery were great! The team delivering very professional, quick, and left the place very clean. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Keegan in the showroom on our purchase, he answered all of our questions and communicated well through email. We had more of a delay than expected Kevin and the team came up with a solution that went above and beyond customer service. I cannot say good enough about our experience with 7th avenue.
