I would absolutely recommend
I had an absolutely lovely experience buying my sofa from the Hayes Valley location in San Francisco. Patricia Kruger was an absolute dream to work with. I couldn't imagine a more considerate and professional person to work with honestly. She was informative, yet not pushy and let me truly explore and get all of my questions answered. The lead time was much shorter than expected and I wound up with my sofa in about 2 weeks time, which was on the shorter side of the 2-4 weeks quoted. Delivery was a breeze! Alex and Jonathan arrived a little bit ahead of time even and were friendly and considerate of my building. They were quite efficient and had everything set up quickly and gave me demonstrations on how to remove the covers to launder and how to access the storage. Currently, I am in the process of working with customer service to exchange my covers because as absolutely beautiful as the rosewood pink is, it just didn't fit my space and I'm looking forward to going with the olive green. Even with getting swatches and debating, I had rosewood blinders on because it's truly such a lovely shade of pink. That being said, the olive will bring lushness to my indoor jungle of plants and I'm very happy that 7th Avenue does allow a 1 time exchange of color, if you aren't satisfied with your original choice within 30 days. That is such an awesome perk because you want to fall absolutely in love, once it's in your space. If you don't, you still have a chance to make it right. I love it when a company really wants you to be happy with your purchase.
