Ordered shirts with 1-3 day shipping. Order went through, charged my card, got an order confirmation number but no tracking number for shipping? No idea whats going on. Sent few emails out to their email and I get no response. Seems as though a lot of their customers have the same problem, that's too bad.

I made an order a week ago, never received a confirmation email, account was not made and no shipping information. I emailed them twice this week and no reply. I paid for these shirts and I would like to get them.

Not impressed
Ordered my shirt over a week ago and chose a slower shipping method but took over a week just to get my order shipped out with DHL of all people so it might never get here lol...way to drop the ball guys

Great Quality and Customer Service :)
First time was great; I ordered two shirts which came in a timely manner. The quality was impressive.
I placed another order on Feb 8th. As of now (Feb 18), I STILL haven't received neither an order confirmation nor tracking number. I've emailed them directly twice and have filled out a complaint form on the website. It's been two days, yet still no response. My payment (PayPal) is scheduled to come through any day now, but I still have no idea whether I'll actually get my order. Very disappointed.
Update: Yep. I received a reply Feb 20 from Ariel ensuring that my order will be shipped today with free 3 day shipping. Turns out that they had a 3-day weekend (oops, I didn't know). I guess there was a hiccup when my order was being processed?

Love Everything About 6 Dollar, Except the shipping
I've shopped from 6DollarShirts a couple of times, and I can say with full confidence that I will be a customer for life. The shirts are awesome prices, quality and fit, not to mention the designs. The customer service is OUTSTANDING-Thank You So Much, Ariel.
The only thing I would suggest is better shipping rates; it would be cool to get either discounted or free shipping after spending so many dollars. Like, free shipping for orders over $35.00.
Overall, I give them five stars, hands-down. As a customer, you feel like they genuinely care about you. I had changed my mind on colors a few times, and Ariel was so patient, happy, and helpful. Their response time is spot on.
Another major thing for me is that I LOVE being able to support a small American company. I love the About Me page, so visit it if you haven't :) It's cool to see the team that makes our unique shirts :)
Thanks Guys for all of your hard work! Keep up the amazing work :)
**UPDATE**
I took a star away for shipping. I LOVE every aspect of this company. Especially their customer service. The shipping costs a lot of money and it took over a week to get to my house (they are near Orlando FL and I am in the Birmingham AL area...not that far in shipping distance). I guess I could have lived with waiting so long if I hadn't paid $9.67 for their cheapest option for sending. I wouldn't care to pay $9.67 if they chose to use a service like USPS priority shipping (they would still make a few bucks for the handling and the customer would get the product between 2-4 days. Win Win. I did suggest this to them, so hopefully they'll decide to get rid of DHL and go solely with the post office (right now the package gets picked up by DHL then transferred to USPS). They were kind enough to refund half of my shipping since it took so long. I had ordered from them last November and that package took a long time to get here. So, I don't think it's an isolated issue.

My package was lost for a few days in the mail, But it did arrive! USPS was at fault.
Customer service was exceptional and professional.
The shirts are AWESOME and are such a good price. Definitely would recommend!!
