If the shipping was free, I could perhaps be okay with a 4 week wait but only if they had informed me it would take this long. Today is business day 16 and it shows delivery is scheduled for NEXT Friday the 17th. So the total time will be a minimum of over 4 weeks. This is absurd and certainly not the estimated time frame that I was told before purchase. Next time I'll just buy from one of their higher rated competitors and see if I can get my shirts in a reasonable time.

I ordered ten large shirts. It cost $20 shipping to take over three weeks to arrive. I washed the shirts in cold water and tumble dried low, removing from the dryer while they're still damp/wet. And the ten large shirts are now smaller than mediums. Dafuq?

I would rate this a 0 if possible. I ordered three shirts and it has been over two weeks and they haven't even made a tracking label for it. When I asked about it after the first week they said they were slightly behind on making the shirts because of back orders and it shouldn't be more than a few days. Trying to cancel the order and get a refund is seemingly impossible as well.

Took two weeks to receive my order. The shirts have that bell shape that is very unflattering for bigger guys. Would not order again.

WORST.SERVICE.EVER. I have tried contacting the company through email, phone, social media, and mail. NO RESPONSE IN MONTHS!! Shirts arrived torn, and they refuse to respond to rectify the situation. What.a.scam.!
