I've purchased several shirts from this company and have always been happy with them. However, I was surprised when recently one of them arrived with a defect. I emailed the company and within the hour I received a response. After sending a photo of said shirt, I quickly received a replacement in the mail. I'm very pleased with the prompt and courteous service I received. Plus, I really like the zany shirts.

Excellent customer service and great product. Never purchased from them before but I certainly will again. Customer service responded immediately to a question i had and I had my shirts quicker than I expected - thumbs up!

This is an awesome company to order from they are very polite and patient with their customers. I will be back to order shirts again I really appreciate everything that they have done for me through email. I really love the fact they are very quick to respond to emails and we all know it's very rare with internet purchases that you get a response so quickly. But this company is all about customer service great job you guys keep up the good work.

I cannot say enough about this company. I ordered several t-shirts and then typed my address incorrectly. I didn't notice until I received the confirmation. One quick email exchange later and it was fixed. Then, I needed to change the sizes I ordered after talking to my son. Another quick email exchange and the sizes I needed were corrected. I received the t-shirts in the mail as expected and they are good quality t-shirts. I will use 6DollarShirts whenever I need t-shirts in the future. Great job! Kudos to the staff!

So many options, style choices, colors, you name it! Arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I wanted! I recommend this site to my customers at least weekly! Thank you for having a site that caters to my every t-shirt need!

I had a number of reservations about ordering shirts from an online retailer-- I was nervous about the quality, and unsure about sizing. The size chart online was true to size, and really helpful. I am a petite woman who doesn't like super tight t shirts, and found the girl's large fit perfectly. Super soft material, too. My husband is a traditional guy's medium, and those fit him perfectly, too. (Although the guy's shirts are not as soft, but that's standard for a lot of companies.) The BEST thing I have to say about 6 Dollar Shirts though, is that when they messed up on the order (sent me the wrong size), I simply let them know via email, and they responded within a few minutes! They shipped a replacement shirt free of charge immediately. I had a few follow up questions, and those were answered promptly as well. I will be ordering again and again-- the shirts are hilarious and you can't beat this customer service.

I was worried about shipping, as that's most of the only critiques I've seen, so after ordering I shot them a quick message. Laci noted my concerns, checked my order, and modified the shipper to UPS so that the shirts would get here in time for my event. I just got the tracking number for UPS so things should happen with plenty of time to spare. Thanks Laci!

Ariel answered my questions very promptly each time! Then I had 1 tee missing from my order and needed them all for an event. Ariel reaponded to my problem crazy fast and sent the shirt out right away. I had all the tees by party time. I have never had such quick response from a company. Thanks 6 Dollar !
