I bought shirts 19 days ago and they have still yet to arrive

Update: still not sure how the outdated address was pulled but it was not the fault of 6 dollar shirts. Despite that, they offered to recreate the order at only shipping cost to me. Luckily, I live in a small and honest community and was able to locate the package. I appreciate this companies efforts to resolve the situation, and HEARTILY retract my previous review.

UPS lost the shirts I ordered and 6 dollar shirts replaced them & shipped them to me at no charge. I am very impressed with their customer service.

If you're like me and are in between a medium and a large, you fit mediums as long as they're 40" the chest or 20" armpit-to-armpit, and larges are usually too big for you but not always. The shirts I ordered varied with some measuring 18.5"; fyi a small is 18". Some had tight necks, others were fine. I paid $16.40 for return shipping; ouch. They only offer store credit for returns, so after I get charged shipping again when reordering, it will have cost me $10 per shirt. The sizing chart should be updated to show variance in size. If the mediums were anything like all the other mediums in my closet, I wouldn't be writing this review.

I ordered 3 shirts as a trial last year, I tend to like the heather shirts more than the solid colored ones because of the fit & they do not shrink as much. This month, for my 2nd order I got 7 shirts, which are all awesome. Shipping & handling time is very reasonable since they print the shirts as per order. But what stands out for me is their customer service, both times I had to change one of the items & they are very accommodating & fast with their reply. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Every time I order from 6DollarShirts I am more than pleased with what I receive. They have a great selection, and more than one color of most designs. I didn't receive my most recent order, due to the post office, and I contacted the website the day after I was suppose to get it. They were very apologetic and immediately shipped a replacement, at no charge, which I received on time. I love this website and will continue doing business with them in the future.

tshirts are cool but their customer service is poor and they DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT! We ordered their pre shrunk shirts and tried them on immediately to ensure they fit before we threw them in the cold water wash. They shrunk considerably on cold wash, no heat dry! We tried to work with their support team who obviously didn't read our email as they said we should try washing them in cold water (which we did!). I offered to return them, I asked for an exchange or replacement and no luck. Update: We sent pictures of the shrinkage and rehashed the expectations vs. results. Their Customer Support manager agreed the shrinkage was greater than expected and was nice enough to re fulfill the order with one size up. We received the shirts the other day, washed them in cold and dried on tumble and the shirts shrinkage was considerably less, they fit nicely, look good, and we are happy that they were willing to help us out once we provided them with measurements etc.
