FAST and EXCELLENT service! After selecting several shirts to order, I found that my gift certificate was not valid. I was angry and wrote customer service [CS] but decided to complete my order anyway. I think CS replied while I was ordering on line and fixed the problem with the gift certificate [GC]. I was not expecting such a FAST response!! I contacted them again and asked if the GC could be applied to the recent order and snap! it was. I cannot tell you how please I am with the service of 6DollarShirts. It was fast and painless. They are a company that has fun shirts and excellent CS!!!! Gold Stars for Them! I could not be more pleased!

Great customer service, very kind and helpful people as my address was wrong i contacted then and they responded almost immediately changing my address and placing a new order i highly recommend to many people. Very funny shirts for a great price👍

Great company! there are an absurd amount of amazing shirts at a reasonable price. I bought 6, and i screwed up a bunch of things, like i had the wrong address, and ordered 5 in the wrong size. I emailed them, two separate times, and was responded to promptly on both. It's a breathe of fresh air to have my business genuinely appreciated by any company in 2018!

Everything came as advertised. Very good quality and the few questions I did have about my order were answered very quickly and professionally. Highly recomended!!

I placed an order for 14 T-shirt’s at the beginning of December... I went through all their shipping information and I didn’t place an order until I was confident it would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, Christmas has come and gone and I have still not received my package. I understand holidays mean businesses are busier but they have to be prepared to handle it. I am done with this company and will not order again.

beware. They sat on my order for 5 days. This was a x-mas gift for my daughter. Package won't arrive until the 26th. The only way to reach them is a 800 number which goes to a voicemail. No return call. SKETCHY SHADY!! STAY AWAY!!!

I guess we'll see where we're at when the sweater finally arrives, but right now I'm very upset and disgusted at the lack of customer service. Every time I try to call I get told to leave a message and never get a call back. I emailed right after I saw a label had been printed for my order (I'm willing to bet before it left the warehouse) because my billing address was used for shipping instead of my correct shipping address. I was told that I could set up a forwarding address through the post office (which I've already done since I moved) but my point is that I paid extra for guaranteed Xmas delivery and the tracking says it's not even supposed to be to the WRONG address until the day after Xmas! Now someone who was only getting one gift from me for christmas won't be getting anything until it finally decides to show up. Edited to add: I was told by the person who emailed me back that my address was changed in the system to reflect my new address but yet there is absolutely no evidence of that in my account. Very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again!
