Hi Mat! We apologize if you did not see our emails. Our team responded to each email and sent a separate email when the package arrived back to our facility. These emails may have been filtered by your email client to a spam or junk folder. This package was sent back to us marked "Unclaimed" by Canada Post meaning the address was correct but the package was never claimed by the customer. In these cases, the carrier will send you a notice to the address provided. As our shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier, we state online that they are non-refundable when a package is sent back to us for this reason. However, if you never received such a notice and notify our team, we will go beyond on usual policy, issue a full refund if returned and address the matter with Canada Post. If you are still not seeing our emails, please contact us by phone at 1-800-991-2032 as we are always happy to help!
