It’s been 2 weeks and i still haven’t…
It’s been 2 weeks and i still haven’t received my order. I sent an email to support a few days ago and never got a response.

So inconsistent with customer service…
So inconsistent with customer service and keeping emailing me that they ran out of the size and then tell me they do have it I ordered on thanksgiving and still haven’t got my package I was patience for a while not I feel like they playing games with I just want my order fam

Unprofessional, shocking service.
Seems like their shop doesn’t exist in the UK. Still waiting on something I bought off their website. They take a very long time to respond. I don’t think I’ll be buying from these guys ever again.

Although my package say it was…
Although my package say it was delivered at mailbox, I never received my package (a sweater). 5ivepillars will not help. So it looks like i am out of luck, of my sweater and/or my money. If you expect to get assistance on an item for exchange/refund or missing items, 5ivepillars will not help.

The package came so late it wa
The package came so late it was bad bad quality 2 days in and I already see damages and stuff the metal part of the hat to adjust the size is already broken

Unprofessional Company
Took forever for my shipment to arrive. They don’t respond back to customer emails. Will not shop again

I will never again shop at this place
I will never again shop at this place I didn't even want to give it 1 star I bought a tasbeeh bracelet and what I got to what they advertise on their Instagram are 2 different things False advertising and tricking people I emailed customer service but no reply So I'd recommend everyone to avoid this place
