There was small issue with my order but Customer Service resolved it quickly for me. Would buy again in future.

CROOKS, LIARS AND THIEVES!! THEY SENT ME DEFECTED PARTS, I RETURNED THEM AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO THEM. THIS COMPANY IS CORRUPT!!!!!!!!!!

Great prices on wheels. Pleasant salesman. I asked some questions and finished my purchase. I hung up and realized I didn't remember discussing lug nuts. I called back immediately and found that the salesman I had was probably too busy with someone else and somebody else had to help me. I was informed I would have to purchase a lug nut kit for 50.00. My wheels arrived as promised and I immediately discovered 2 problems. Didn't need the extra 50.00 lug nut kit and that the directional wheels I purchased would be going in opposite directions on each side of my car. I had at the time of purchase asked if there was a separate passenger and driver side wheel pattern and was told that I would receive that. I called onlinewheel and was told that I could not get help from a person but would have to go through a ridiculous email exchange procedure which is their company policy. I ended up finding out on my own that the wheels I purchased do not come in a driver/passenger side pattern. This is something that the salesman should have known or found out at the time of my purchase. So I decided to test fit the wheels. I immediately found that the wheel supplier who acquired and machined the wheels had stripped the screws in the wheel center caps when they replaced the center caps after machining the wheels. I couldn't even remove the caps on 2 of the wheels. At that time I called back and was once agin referred to the difficult email procedure for resolution. Deciding that I already had so much time and money involved and would become so aggravated that I would take the chance of fixing the wheels myself and hope I wouldn't damage the delicate chrome surface. This is probably the intention of that company policy. I found that the wheels were not threaded deeply enough for the screws that held on the caps and the wheel supplier hadn't picked up on it when they tightened the screws. After 7 hours of resolving that problem I test fit the wheels and everything seemed ok. I had the tires mounted and balanced and when I went to install them I discovered that the lug nut holes had not been machined deeply enough and my lug nuts did not thread on far enough to be correctly installed. I now would have to pay for tire removal and shipping and tire reinstallation. How many emails would that take to get resolved?

I will be using this company again for all my tire needs in the future Please and Thank you to Steve and staff for a great deal on my Nitto tires Dan Pike

Wheel's came on time & in perfect condition. Would recommend this company to family & friends with out a doubt!

GOOD TOP FOR THE MONEY, EASY TO INSTALL AND EASY TO LET DOWN. ONLY CON IS THE SEAMS ARE COMING APART WHERE ITS SOWN TOGETHER

Called twice for guidance putting on Jeep Top 1st person explained fully what I needed to know. 2nd fella explained a little when told me I would figure it out did not know how to take that

They gave me such a hard time to send a set of rims back that I have to try to sell them else where. I do not recommended ordering from this company.
