I worked with Taylor. Ordering was easy enough. He called the wheel manufacturer to confirm that the wheel would work with my Tacoma. I asked several times about having the TPMS programmed/flashed/etc. He said it would automatically sync with my Tacoma, which I knew was not correct. Tire and wheel package showed up in the timeframe he told me. No damage, happy with the wheel and tires.....BUT, don't ever believe them when they tell you sensors will automatically sync with your vehicle. I did know they wouldn't, but didn't feel like arguing. As expected when I called after the sensors did not sync, I was given the "drive to your nearest Discount Tire or big box tire dealer and have them programmed". Dude just be honest, there are those of us who work on these vehicles that know your full of it. If you would have been straight with me, it would have been 5 stars.

The rims look great until it snows and the salt will pit these and they look horrible. The chrome is less than paper thin, only buy for the west coast. I had them replaced due to pitting. it was a hassle to have the tires taken off.

While the online experience worked fine, I had to return the items I ordered and their return process is terrible. I had to return the items to another warehouse than where they were shipped from and the approval process for a credit was supposed to be a 3-5 day process. It has now been 12 calendar days(8 business days)with no response regarding my credit. The have apologized f \or the delay several times, but I can't put that in my bank account. They need to greatly improve their policies and procedures for handling returns. I am about to place dispute on the original charge if they can't resolve this problem.

top delivered earlier than expected. It looks like it was repackaged and sent to me. Minor damage that is okay.

UPDATE: After posting my review I have received prompt responses by 4wheelonline where they have provided return shipping and a refund in full as well as asking for me to update my review. I recommend customers be vigilant in researching before purchase. ORIGINAL: Placed an order for in-line vent visors. The part was verified by 4wheelonline.com's representative Juan to be a fit. Upon trying to install the part did not work on the vehicle. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a shipping label and refund that was promised by Juan. I would not purchase from them again.

When my order arrived on time it was only partially correct. Several items were not shipped, and there were no instructions. When I contacted seller they were quick to send the remaining pieces of my order. Ship time though was 7-12 days longer. 😕
