I bought Nikon d5600 from 4k4less because its advertized price was better than others. It arrived within 3 days. But it did not come with Nikon USA warranty. So I returned it. 4k4less made the refund promptly within 2 days after they received the camera. Their customer service was courteous and very helpful. Therefore 5 stars for excellent customer service.

Great service. I didn't receive an order number right away, and after reading the reviews I was more than worried. I called them up and received the order confirmation and my lens came a few days later.

Shipping took a week longer then they said it would. I also didn't get replies to my questions when I contacted 4k4less. I could see on Facebook messenger that my message was received, and looked at. But no reply came, ever. No one replied to my contact e-mail I sent to them as well. Decent pricing, but the lack of customer service makes you think your being scammed. Be sure to get a money back guarantee when you purchase from here.

Tried phone calls, left voicemail to return call and nothing. Paid extra for 2 day/overnight shipping, Didn’t get order before we left for vacation. Was more like 4 or 5 days. It’s now being held by Fedex and requires a signature. We are not home yet. No one was rude because we never spoke to a person. A refund of the extra shipping charges would be appreciated.

Stay on top of your order and you won’t have issues. Everything received as expected in working condition. No issue registering new camera with Canon. John was very helpful and followed up multiple times with me.
