Easy quick service. Seemed to be one of the best prices on internet so I called to make sure it waa not a scam. Peter answered the call after a little wait. The camera was delivered within 2 days! I wish there FedEx tracking was better because I waa not expecting it so soon. Thanks, Peter.

I ordered a $900 camera on Tuesday afternoon and told the salesman that I needed it by Thursday at the very latest and he said it wouldn't be a problem with the 1-2 day shipping which cost an additional $49.99. I never received a confirmation number but my credit card was charged. I called Wednesday afternoon to ensure that everything was okay and that the camera was and the customer service rep ensured me all was well (after hanging up on me twice). I did receive a confirmation email after she transferred me to some other guy but it was from a company called Drones4Less but I still never received the promised FedEx shipping number. I called back that evening and was repeatedly routed to a place called Outback Cameras in Australia (no joke), and never got through to 4K4Less. Now today, I finally got in touch with customer service after waiting for 18 minutes and was told that it was packaged but they had yet to ship it. I went ahead and canceled the order, as this company is an absolute disaster and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

No conformation when ordered. Shipping was good however I did not know when it was to arrive because of no order confirmation. Issue with remote controller. Called and spoke with Jessica who was to send me an email and a care package for my trouble. Several days went by with no reply. I called and left a message for her to call me. This was a week ago. Tried to call Jessica again and this time got her on phone. She was going to send me an email to start the process of a return. It’s been several weeks and still no email. Got Autel involved and now getting some satisfaction. Will never ever, ever buy from this company again. If you do you are on your own!!

I purchased my Phantom 4 pro and they gave me that plus they added so much more with the packages they give you. Clearly the best deal around. I would highly recommend them for your drone purchase. They were great on the phone getting status of my order and really took care of me. I will soon be buying another one from them. Just Awesome!
