Ordering merchandise in large quantity is stressful. 4imprint's customer service and pride in their work is unbelievable. Despite there initially being a few incorrections/ handful of misprints, our lovely Account Exec, Karen, was able to rectify it easily and free of charge, with no hassle and just brilliant communication. A situation that may have been frustrating with another organisation was made to feel hassle free. Our organisation are grateful for their proactiveness and willingness to help. We absolutely love the products and will be recommending them onto our own clients, and using them again.

We’ve been ordering from this shirt company for years—usually a couple of times a year—and they never disappoint. Their shirts are incredibly soft, come in a wide range of styles, and the quality of both their embroidery and screen printing is unmatched. Most impressively, we recently made a mistake and ordered the wrong design on a batch of shirts. Totally our fault. But they went above and beyond and replaced the entire order free of charge. That kind of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their clients. We’ll continue recommending them over and over again. Quality product, fast shipping and great customer service. I have used 4imprint for a variety of products over the years. Although I place our orders online I try to call the same sales rep who is familiar with what we order before I put the order through. The notebooks we ordered last week in a different color and with a different graphic were consistent in quality from last year. They were shipped in the 24 hour window as advertised and arrived on the promised due date. If it is a new product you are ordering definitely request a sample. This has saved us some disappointment. Some products are hard to tell the quality online.

I just want to let everyone know what an AMAZING company 4imprint is! We placed a rush order for promotional print items for our annual education event for local optometrists and opthalmologists; After a major setback due to bad weather, the 4imprint team (Melissa, Connie and the entire production team) went above and beyond to ensure we received our order on time and the products absolutely exceeded our expectations---they were PERFECT! This has been the best experience with ANY company that I’ve ever had and we cannot thank them enough! I needed custom bandanas and 4imprint was the only company that could do it in our shortened time frame. I contacted their rep and they got everything together quickly, sent it to production and had the bandanas arriving a whole week before we needed them. About $100 cheaper that competitors too. Bandanas looked amazing and were a huge hit!
