This is my very first time sharing a review on a product but i did want to share this. I ordered Insulated mugs for my work staff and cliental, they were delivered in a very poor damaged packaged box. After I opened it all the contents inside were scattered with the logos on them damaged. Customer services emails were never returned after 3 attempts over a 5 week span.
I do not recommend 4imprint, customer service is not what it should be.

Apologies for the late reply and to hear that you were not satisfied with your service. This does not sound like the norm for us. Could you please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this?

Terrible Service and Unfulfilled Promises – Avoid at All Costs!
I placed an order and paid approximately $1,500 for products (order number 26730030, for reference, in case they ever care to check). Despite their claim that the products were delivered, I never got them. The salesperson responsible for the sale called me, apologized, and said that UPS had mishandled the delivery. She promised to either reimburse me or send replacement products, but neither happened.
Since then, I’ve been trying to contact them for months, but they have completely stopped responding. The lack of accountability and follow-through is appalling. I will NEVER use their services again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid them as well. Their behavior is unacceptable and feels like a complete scam.

Good products, but shady billing practices
First let me say that I have been happy with the quality and printing on all items I have ordered and there have been MANY going back to 2015. Where all the issues arise is in deceptive, even fraudulent, billing practices.
Back in 2016, I noticed I had been overcharged on an order where I had provided a card for payment upfront, so I sent an email and brought it to their attention, and told them of my concern that I can agree to one price when providing my card information and get charged something entirely different later on. My solution was that I wouldn't order that way anymore and only order "on account" in the future because that allows for much closer scrutiny. The response I got was that all "Steal a Deal" or "Deal of the Day" specials MUST be paid at the time of purchase, nothing allowed on account like my other purchases of business cards, postcards, uniforms, etc...basically everything I pay retail price for can go on account but the deals cannot, aparently. Thinking this was a single honest mistake, I continued to order some things on account and other things by paying via card when I snagged a deal.
Since I was providing a card upfront for those deals, orders weren't going through the normal checks and balances as invoices where we paid on account. In October 2019, I noticed a pretty large overcharge and brought it to their attention. I was credited back over $100 for their "mistake".
In early 2020, I reached out twice about overcharges that showed discrepancies between what I authorized and what was charged when the final charge was run. This made three orders in a row where we were overcharged...all involving the advertised deals. Maybe more, but those were the ones I could easily lay my hands on paperwork to prove it. And *I* had to prove it, they seemed to be clueless what their own deals stated and were only willing to credit those we backed up with a lot of time and paperwork and weren't willing go back further in an attempt to right their wrong. Since none were ever UNDERCHARGED, it appears this is intentional and perhaps their business model. At the very least, it's bait and switch. It's simply not possible to make mistakes on every single deal, every single order, and that mistake is ALWAYS in their favor.
I stopped ordering from 4Imprint and unenrolled from the daily deal emails as a result, feeling very duped and deceived by a company I had done a lot of business with over the years. Recently in 2024, however, I checked their pricing for a few things I was considering and thought I'd put my grudge aside because surely the issue had been fixed by now. If I had personally reported it that many times and been issued credit for the ones I caught (who knows how many I missed, as these just stood out based on a vague memory of what I remembered and then confirmed against the advertised deals and charges that followed), surely others were doing the same and they'd have to get their processes fixed, right?
Guess what? The very first order, same thing happens. I again report it, this time I ask for escalation because it's now obvious that this is system-wide and intentional since nothing is ever undercharged, only overcharged or has other line item charges added on after a credit card is provided. I get two responses...neither escalated as requested and the CS rep took the fall again this time. I refuse to believe that it's one little person responsible since I have kept a papertrail going back NINE YEARS and every order was handled by a different CS rep. This is just how the company operates, unfortunately.
