I wrote a review about a problem with the charging cables, not expecting for anything to happen. Next thing I know, I received 2 new cables delivered to my door!!! 4allfamily is an OUTSTANDING company!!

My son is travelling in Europe for 6 weeks. Its the first time he is travelling without us and for an extended period of time. We purchased the mini fridge and its been a game changer. He has piece of mind that his insulin is still being kept at the right temp while he travels through different countries. Also 4allfamily customer services was exceptional. The product arrived a week before he was due to leave but the bottle was damaged, 4allfamily replaced the product and it arrived in 24 hours . Would recommend anyone needing to carry insulin to purchase one of these, they are worth the money and I can be stress free knowing my son has it all covered while he is away.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced! When I called, it rang once and a actual person picked up. They listened and resolved the issue quickly. As they sent update emails, they were always kind and appreciative. I wish I knew more people in need for a medicine cooler, because I can't say enough good things about this company!
