For anyone who needs reliable medication storage and transport, especially in the face of increasingly extreme weather conditions. I purchased the Nomad Pro specifically to store and transport my Praluent pens (PCSK9 therapy). Since this is a medication that must be kept within a strict temperature range, maintaining the correct temperature was my absolute priority. After using it for several days, I noticed that the display would occasionally show 0°C, so I contacted customer support and provided them with detailed information about the situation, including the times, outdoor temperatures, and exactly how I had prepared the BioGel. What really impressed me was the speed and quality of their support. These were not generic, copy-and-paste replies. Every response was specific, well explained, and directly addressed the question I had asked. They explained why the sensor can sometimes detect the temperature of the BioGel itself rather than the air inside the cooler, suggested a practical solution, and explained that the product had been laboratory tested and designed to prevent the internal temperature from dropping below 2°C. They backed this up with actual test results rather than simply asking me to take their word for it. It was also confirmed that, due to the formulation of the BioGel, the gel itself does not drop below 2°C. I tested the cooler under a wide range of real-world conditions – from overnight temperatures of around 18°C to daytime temperatures above 40°C, with several hours (30 Hours) of transportation and occasional opening of the cooler – and its performance exceeded my expectations. In some situations, the cooler maintained a stable temperature for even longer and more reliably than indicated by the laboratory test results provided to me by the manufacturer. This gave me even greater confidence in the quality of its construction and insulation. It is important to point out that these results were achieved by carefully following the instructions for use, especially the proper conditioning of the BioGel throughout the entire process: the required cooling time, warming it in lukewarm water, and thoroughly wiping away any condensation. These steps directly affect both the accuracy of the temperature reading and the cooler's actual cooling performance. I was particularly impressed when I reported an issue with fitting two pens inside the cooler. The medication manufacturer had meanwhile changed the dimensions of the pens. Customer support not only suggested an alternative arrangement that works, but also said they would update the instructions for future users who encounter the same issue. That shows that they genuinely listen to customer feedback rather than simply acknowledging it and moving on. For someone who depends on proper medication storage on a daily basis, this level of dedication, expertise, and reliable performance means a great deal. This is definitely one of the better – if not the best – customer support experiences I have had. The responses were fast, personal, thorough, and well reasoned, and the product itself delivers on its promises even when conditions are far from ideal. A robust, lightweight cooler with excellent performance!!! Delivery was also fast. The package arrived even earlier than the estimated delivery date, and tracking information was provided so I could follow the shipment throughout the delivery process. It is clear that this is a company that takes both its customers and its social responsibility seriously.

Before and after buying the Pioneer Pro I had a lot of questions concerning usage, which model, certification for flight, flying with a gel pack etc etc. To all of my queries I received very prompt and excellent support from the customer care team. To be honest without this coverage I probably would not have made the purchase but thanks to this great support I felt that any doubts I had on the item were addressed. I will fly for the first time in October so let us see how well the new device functions. Dry runs at home have been straight forward and very encouraging. Basically all three modes; external power, battery and refrigerated gel pack all seem to work perfectly and should allow me to transit my medication in the required 2-8°C range. Wish me luck.

i purchased the Rambler PRO Insulin Cooler Travel Case for 1-Pen. my MIEBO eye drops need to be maintained at temps between 59F -77F. because of the power supply of the Rambler PRO it allows me to maintain the temps i need. i also benchmarked the product using a fish tank thermometer and the rambler is very accurate. the product is great. i also purchased a power invert which allows me to use the supplied adapter for the recommended current and voltages when i travel in my car. i am very thankful that 4allfamily gives me the ability to maintain the temps of my medication. thank you 4allfamily

I got the voyager for my wife’s hyrimoz. We accidentally damaged the inner refrigerant part. Customer service was extremely understanding and accommodating, offering us a substantial discount on a replacement. Great people.
