This device fits 4 Iqlik auto injectors perfectly. With 2 batteries for an extended trip it is a bit heavy. I wish it was designed so that the batteries fit inside the cooling canister to make it simpler to use and to travel with. Customer service could not have been more accomodating or responsive.

My experience in the beginning was rocky because I never received my package however I contacted the company and they worked with me, they were very considerate and they were able to send me a replacement in which arrived in perfect condition and within 2 weeks. The customer service was impeccable and I am very glad I have this product! The product works phenomenally well and I couldn’t of picked a better brand nor product!

Do a lot of domestic and international travel. Needed a way to keep my meds cool. Came across this company and TSA approval sold me. Purchased the Voyager cooler and an extra battery to cover transatlantic flights. Ordered and delivered without incident. My first use between countries in Europe the battery started to fail - had to keep it plugged into the rental car while traveling. Contacted customer service. Upon establishing the problem they immediately sent a replacement battery which met me at my next European destination. Kudos! Otherwise it works as advertised. Very happy with it. PROBLEM: Though TSA approved, not all airlines (e.g., Lufthansa) will allow things to be charged from a battery pack during flight. You MUST check with each airline BEFORE you book your tix and get on board. (Ask me how I know this! Go 'head!) A bit panicked, I emptied my meds from the cooling tube into the larger container and kindly ask the flight attendants to keep supplying me with ice throughout the duration of my 10hr transatlantic Lufthansa flight. Have made many flights within Europe and the US without any problems. But transatlantic flights ain't havin' nuttin' of it! So, let the buyer beware!

I purchased the Voyager Mini, for our 7 week holiday in UK and Switzerland. I only used it with the battery pack, USB power, and plugged to powerpoints. (On this trip I did not use the gel freezer pack, or water freezer pack) It didn't miss a beat. Some practical points. You do need to be mindful to keep it ventilated, especially while on planes, busses and trains. Some hotels do not have fridges in the rooms, so the Voyager Mini can be in constant use for many days. Some hotel rooms do NOT have power in the day, if a keycard is removed from the wall. We found this had happened once.And became very aware. Apparently you can ask for an extra keycard. I had no real trouble at airports. Some Security, and flight attendants, asked questions. Battery packs are not meant to be used in planes. Luckily, we had USB ports, on our Emerites planes. I can highly recommend this product. I do wish that the carry bag, provided with it, was made just a little deeper. So that it balanced better from the shoulder.

I just finished a month long inn to inn walking trip in Europe with the Voyager Mini, carrying over $5000 of medications. The Voyager never failed me. I even took a hard fall, and despite the cooler falling out of the side pocket of my backpack and bouncing across the cement floor, the Voyager continued to do its job. At the end of the trip I requested a replacement for a charging cable due to the connection to the USB - A cracking, and I recieved it the next day. Awesome product and customer service!

Excellent Customer Service and a Great Travel Solution The customer support at 4AllFamily is truly first-class and has been an enormous help to me. Tony and all the other members of the team provide an exceptional level of service. They are helpful, responsive, and take the time to answer questions thoroughly. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team! I have now used the Mini Cooler on three different trips, and it has worked very well. The only thing that needs a little organization when travelling is arranging for the Bio-Gel cooling pack to be placed in the hotel freezer before departure. However, this has worked perfectly every time, and the hotel staff have always been extremely helpful. I have already recommended the Mini Cooler to family and friends. Interestingly, hotel employees have also been very interested in the Mini Cooler when they have seen how it works. For anyone who needs to keep temperature-sensitive medication safely refrigerated while travelling, this is a very practical solution – supported by an outstanding customer service team.
