Got off to a bit of a rocky start with the wrong electrical plug and a faulty unit, but this was promptly and attentively addressed by the support team and Tony, who sent a new replacement unit that arrived very quickly. The Pro is well thought out for various scenarios and I am looking forward to having piece of mind that my medication will be securely maintained at the right temperature during my upcoming three week trip to Europe, and future travels within Canada.
