I ordered the Nomad Pro ahead of an overseas trip and needed it delivered before our departure date. The delivery estimate told me that I would receive the product ahead of time. When I received the tracking notice the delivery was coming from overseas and was not arriving on time due to a temporary complication. I contacted customer service who replied within hours (on a weekend) who clearly explained the confusion and apologised. They quickly organised a replacement product which arrived 1 day later! We have tested the Nomad using our own thermometers and it definitely performs as described on the website, if not better. Highly recommended!

They react quick with straight options for solutions with full information at one mail so, very informative and cuatom friendly. We agreed on aolution in one day which is really satisfied me.

The pioneer rx cooler makes traveling with refrigerated medicine much easier. I did run into an issue with it on my last day of travels, but customer service was great to work with and helped to remedy the problem quickly. Definitely recommend based on my brief 10 day travel abroad experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about 4ALL Family and their customer service team. I was leaving for a two-week trip to Europe and realized at the last minute that I had not completed my order for one of their medication cooling units. With only days before departure, their team worked incredibly hard to help me receive it overseas. When the original shipment to my hotel didn’t work out, they were responsive, helpful, and willing to reship the unit to another hotel in the UK so I could receive it during my travels. Their willingness to problem-solve and go the extra mile was truly exceptional. The cooler itself has been fantastic and gives me peace of mind knowing my medication is being stored at the proper temperature throughout my trip. Thank you, 4ALL Family, for creating a great product and backing it with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend both the company and their products.

Have traveled US-EU with two 4AllFamily Explorer thermoses for twice a year for more than 5 years & am now upping to 3 thermoses to extend my time away. My auto-injectors are fat — only 5 will fit the Explorer with no freezer pack; 4 will fit with a “medium” freezer pack — unfortunately, the Explorer ships with the “large” freezer pack, so if your shots are big you may want to get the medium to be away longer. Finally, to travel on multiple flights with long connections consider getting 2 of the 20,000 mAh power bricks for each thermos, and get Apple chargers that accept US, EU and UK slide-on plugs; simpler adapters are wiggly & are easily left behind when your gate is finally (!) on the screen & you rush to avoid the mob. 4AllFamily is easily one of the top three (3) best companies I have EVER dealt with, and I can remember a time when there were no computers LOL.

I think you learn more about a company when things go wrong. I contacted 4allfamily when the product I ordered was delivered and was the wrong colour. My email was responded to within an hour and the correspondent bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Despite the problem the customer service was perfect and left me feeling like a valued customer. Thank you
