Absolutely amazing customer service! Intelcom accidentally delivered the wrong package to me, and I was extremely stressed because my order contained important diabetes supplies. I contacted 4AllFamily and their team responded almost immediately. They were kind, understanding, and incredibly proactive throughout the entire process. Not only did they resolve the issue quickly, but they also arranged for a replacement package that arrived the very next day, right on time before I had to leave town. Their communication and responsiveness were outstanding. I purchased one of their portable insulin cooling devices, and I love that their products are specifically designed to keep medications and insulin safe at the proper temperature while traveling. Last year when planning my long trip overseas I did lots of research into products I could rely on to keep my medication at a constant 2-8degrees C. I rejected a few from other companies making big claims. When I bought the voyager I was hoping it would do what it’s meant to as I was leaving from Australia to go to Europe for 4 months. If it didn’t it would mean I could only travel for 2 months - in between my 8 weekly injections. It was sensational !! It never once missed a beat and was 100% reliable. So much so, that when I returned home I told my specialist about the Voyager and she was so pleased that she was going to recommend it to her other Crohns patients who wanted to travel. The medication vials were kept at between 2-8 degrees celcius and you could hear the gentle hum of the thermostat working and see the temp on display. I couldn’t recommend this product more highly. Be sure to buy the battery pack recommended as it works without a hitch. The two together work beautifully and are must travel buddy for those who need to be sure their medication is safely kept at the right temperature. By the way. I also checked with Emirates before purchasing my ticket to ensure it was OK to bring on board. No problems at all. A fantastically robust and reliable product which I endorse 100%. Already planning my next long trip in 2027. ❤️

Extremely helpful, caring and attentive! The item I ordered turned out to be out of stock due to damages and I was immediately offered many accomodations to see what best fit my needs. I bought this product as a gift and I can happily say I can recommend it to other friends/family who need it as well!
