I paid for expedited shipping, which made the order cost 1.5 times more than the given price, and you guys delivered it with no grommet hole punches, so i had a banner and an x-stand with no way to attatch it and looked like an a$$hole. I want my money back TODAY.

I am unhappy with the order. quality of cards is very poor., paper stock is poor and ink coverage is light. Order Number #11154986. I wanted to contact you direct but you do not have a way to do that through the order itself. You have so many emails coming to me, and all the PR emails, yet, no place for me to contact you about the order after I received it. Sorry to have to have made this review public. But you did not give me a chance to do it in private. I would like a full refund, the order was absolutely not as promised. You need to spend more time on the actual order and less time on marketing, and telling me how fantastic you are.

I would love to give you 0 stars if I could. I ordered my wedding invitations here and it’s been the biggest regret I’ve had while planning my wedding. Absolute dog s*** customer service. I wasted $200 on invites I can’t even use because the color is WAY off. The picture I wanted to use was the same picture I approved in the proof but was not the same as the one I received. The picture I received is incredibly grainy and SO dark, you can hardly see anything in it. Don’t listen to the proofs cause it probably won’t turn out the same way. I don’t know if their quality is just that awful or what but I got the same exact picture printed from Vistaprint and Walmart both with no issues. Won’t do a reprint or refund. Save your money and go literally any place else because I guarantee you, Walmart and your local print shop is 1000X better quality than this s*** website.

Worst Customer service ever!! I wish I would've read the reviews first! I placed an order with them and wanted a Z-fold for my brochures but since this is my first time I selected the option to get feedback before approving my proof. Their feedback was to go with a tri-fold after working with someone named Joanna I had EXTENSIVELY REQUESTED that my order be made with a z-fold instead of their recommendation and she responded and was aware of my request. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS EVEN WHEN TALKING TO SOMEONE THROUGH EMAIL. When the product came in it was nothing folded like how I requested and when I asked for a replacement they (Eric) said we'll give you a 20% discount but thats the best they could do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND JUST KNOW THEIR SISTER COMPANY IS UPRINTING SO DON'T GET HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR ANYTHING THEY DO!!!

If I could give you a 0, I would. I ordered $600 worth of MATTE note cards, and I had even started another order before my shipment arrived, but when I got my order, all of the cards were gloss. I sent photos, and they then asked me for more photos, so I sent them more, and they then responded, telling me that all proof needs to be in the same photo - which I did. We went back and forth multiple times until they finally asked me to send the shipment back, instead of just sending me the correct order, for a mistake that THEY made. Needless to say, you can't write on these notecards without having smudged ink. I told them that their solution felt like a lot of work for me when they made this mistake, so they closed my ticket and canceled my order that was on hold. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION TO MY WORST ENEMY, and I will be sharing that with all of my friends/associates.

I selected the option to “re-order”. Since I was only changing the price of an item on my sticker not they type size location or size of the sticker, I thought I could order and move in to my next task…Well I was sent the wrong items. They looked correct when I received them we drove 2 hours to install them for our customer. 2 weeks later the customer is upset. I was sent paper stickers not the vinyl that I was re-ordering… Since I didn’t double check my order I was stuck paying for it. Sucks, don’t make my mistake. When I called to explain I was given the optio. To re-order at full list price. I had to cancel the order go back and create a new sticker just so I could get the original 30% discount. Not a good experience.

I ordered poster printing before, I made a data as their instructions show on the web site, but the printing quality was terrible. Found out the format(or settings) they show doesn't work well. I asked for a refund or to redo. But they responded a week later, which was too late for the event I participated. Because of their massive delay, I needed to order the same thing at a different store. A customer support was rude too. She even didn't apologized for their mistakes. No refund. Not an honorable / trustworthy company.
