The stickers quality control was not very good. Some of them were way off center.

I was not happy at all with the quality of the printing. The image was off-center, and it was very obvious that it was on both sides. The color is also a flat.

Service was terrible, product wasbterrible and they would not work with me on a resolution. I literally purchased an Epson c4000 home label maker because of this experience. $3400 later and my home label maker is cheaper and better than printing labels online.

Designed my business card and was sent a proof to print out and make sure it was what I wanted. The artwork was off and unusable for my intended application. I reached out on the live chat with the updates I needed to which they sounded like they understood the request and my next proof would be exactly what I wanted. Instead, they moved the artwork halfway off the card. I then reached out to have the artwork reset to the original so I could make an adjustment to fix it myself. I then printed out the next proof they sent and it was off again. I reached out to the company asking for a sample, just one business card, of the original print. They said they were unable to fulfil my request. The chat had been going on for 30 minutes without any resolution to fixing the artwork. Decided I wanted to cancel the order and they drug out that process for another half hour. Customer service is slow and useless.

The check out page shows a deliver date and when you buy, then they show you a totally different date. The stickers will not get here on time and I lost $70.

The package came after the promised delivery date. And to make matters worse, it was the wrong package! This ruined my event, and customer support was not at all helpful!

Garbage products, delivered late. The first sign we ordered was promised to be delivered on a certain date, well before our event. WE, not them, WE had to up our shipping cost. It was finally delivered on the second-to-last-day of the event....RIPPED. They sent us a replacement, which I should have unboxed previous to going to the event. This one wouldn't stand up straight (Yes, I do know how to put these together, so it's not user error). Will never ever order form them again and will make sure no one I care about does either.

Scam! I promised fpostcards will be delivered to the mailboxes within max 2-3 weeks. I receive notification that postcards delivered to post office 10 days after placing on order. 3 weeks later I still have not received my cards. I pays $1,700 for something just disapeared. Horrible service, over an hour on the phone and nobody to speak with. DO NOT LET YOURSELF TO GET SCAMMED With this company!
